In June 2022, our North Shore class presented Disney's High School Musical Jr. in The Rose Centre in Belmont.
We all followed the antics of East High's most popular students as they came alive on stage. Entire families enjoyed the unique performance of Disney’s High School Musical Jr. performed by our cast of rangatahi, with and without disabilities. Our young thespians delighted like no show has ever before.
High School Musical Jr. was presented with support from Auckland Council Creative Communities, the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board, The Bobby Stafford-Bush Foundation, Holy Trinity Op Shop (Devonport), Yoobee College South Seas Film School. High School Musical Jr. was also supported by the Local Activation Fund Programme, administered by Auckland Unlimited on behalf of the New Zealand Government.
