On Saturday 19th November 2022 we presented “Through the Roof”, a Short Film Festival in celebration of the budding young filmmakers from our inclusive Youth Theatre programmes across Auckland and Tauranga, at the Aotea Centre in Auckland.
Five groups of rangatahi masterfully crafted their short films throughout the year. The youth-led initiative has enabled young Disabled people not to be defined by their disability but instead to be celebrated for who they are and the creative potential they bring.
