Our "We're in the Poo" Fundraiser!

It’s tough being an Arts/Disability charity at the moment. There’s an economic crisis going on with less funding available and lots of charities competing for a smaller pie of funds. Glass Ceiling Arts Collective is working hard to find new novel ways to support our classes.

The "We're in the Poo" fundraiser offers everyone the opportunity to buy their loo roll online, with a donation going to Glass Ceiling on every purchase.

MyFundraiser toilet paper is sold in an environmentally friendly cardboard box containing 48 rolls of top quality loo roll, and it's available for $55 per box with 10% donated to Glass Ceiling.

Through the Roof radically inclusive Youth Arts Festival!

2023 finished on a high with Through the Roof Youth Arts Festival; a series of events showcasing talent from the wonderful Glass Ceiling Arts Collective whānau, and presented in three locations across New Zealand.

  • Saturday 2nd Dec 2023 in Auckland

  • Saturday 2nd Dec 2023 in Tauranga

  • Saturday 9th Dec 2023 in Christchurch

Through the Roof was a fabulous and uplifting set of events. We showed off the 8 short films created by the young participants of our classes; epic cinematic creations they were, and in Auckland and Christchurch we presented live performances including extracts from our musical productions from the year including Grease, Finding Nemo, CATS and School of Rock. We also walked the Red Carpet!

“Through the Roof" was a day of spectacular fun and pure creativity for everyone. Because at Glass Ceiling, our mission is to create a radically inclusive society.

Let’s do it all again in 2024!

A look back through the year!

Lots of classes, lots of fun and lots of great shows

And lots of great memories
